We took the tour for seaward to a wildlife reservation and to the airport, our drivers/guides Daniel and Frank were amazing and informative. They knew alot about the area and made the bus ride fun! We couldnt have asked for better drivers.

Delightful experience. . , post cruise transportation from Seward to Anchorage arranged by Viking Ocean through Pacific Alaska Tours. Courteous, friendly, patient, and most importantly Safe Driving. Our driver Thane was very careful and very courteous.

This review is for the wonderful folks at Pacific Alaska Tours. On our way back from Seward to Anchorage, our rental car got a flat tire. The team at Pacific Alaska Tours saw us struggling, turned around, and came to help. They didn't hesitate to get their hands and feet muddy while assisting us with the tire change. With such kind and considerate people working there, the service is undoubtedly top-notch! We will definitely book them the next time we're in Alaska!

What a lovely way to end our Alaskan vacation. Jane was a delightful, knowledgeable tour guide. I loved the Alaska Native Heritage Center.

The Pacific Alaska tour bus and logistics were excellent. Great communication, reminders, and pickup. I would definitely recommend and use Pacific Alaska tours again. I also wanted to provide an excellent review of our driver Thane. He did an incredible job of driving and providing narration during the tour. His personal attention and positive attitude toward all guests were awesome. He located my daughter’s Kindle which she left on the bus, reached out to me, and personally put it in the mail back to her. Thane was an excellent driver and I can’t provide enough positive recognition of his service. His personal attention to customers was second to none.

Very fortunate to have found P.A.T. during a Google search for bus companies doing direct transfers from Whittier to Anchorage in Alaska. Contacted them during our cruise (though communication was limited). Luckily, their employee, Alyssa, is top-notch and experienced with working with passengers on cruises. She patiently and efficiently provided me a very reasonable quote for our 10 passengers and left messages that I could retrieve during my port days and e-mails for even better communication (for my questions). Additionally, she provided me accurate information about my cruise ship's hospitality station, (while the cruise ship's Guest Services continued to provide me erroneous info, geez). P.A.T. has a booth at the Whittier terminal and the cost is much less than what the cruise ship was charging. Since the terminal is incredibly busy and packed, it was slightly confusing for some of us as we stood in a line near their booth, but it turned out to be a line for another company. Still, I noticed that they keep a list of parties who signed up so they probably will sesrch for you if you don't get on the bus. But there was only ONE bus (for P.A.T.) for that day, so we're glad we didn't miss it. Bus was roomy, clean, and comfortable (motor coach). Driver was friendly and informative, provided us a quick in-case-of-emergency briefing, some Whittier tourist info, and drove safely. We could not have asked for a better experience (when you're exhausted from your cruise)! And at a very reasonable price. Thank you to Alyssa and Pacific Alaska Tours!
